Biathlon

At the age of 3, I went skiing for the first time. Being a hyperactive child I was interested in all kind of sports and tried figure skating, dancing, skiing. But finally, I have been watching a biathlon on TV and I fell in love with this sport. When I was young I dreamed of taking part in the Olympics. I started to train hard and to go step by step, from small goals to bigger ones. Always thinking of my biggest goals: Winning an Olympic medal and to become the best biathlon athlete in the world. My first big international experience began at the end of 2019/ 2020 season at the European Championship in Belarus . 1 year later I managed to show good results during the World Cup. Top 20 and even top 10 later. The European championships in Arber brought me a Gold and Silver medal which ment a big breakthrough for Moldova. These fantastic results in the 21/22 season led to the qualification for the Olympic Games in Beijing. So, my dream came true! At the Olympic Games I continued to surprise the biathlon world with a top 10 result in sprint and the qualification for the mass start. These memories I will keep forever!
